Lenka - The Show

One year ago today a young lady by the name of Lenka was Artist of the Week on The Christopher Laird Show. Christopher was pleased she agreed to send in her demo and allowed him to play Skipalong and We Will Not Grow Old - so pleased in fact he made her one of RadioNowhere's Best of 2007! Fast forward one year and we find her about to release her debut album on Sony/Epic (23.September) which will include those two songs. She is scheduled to appear on Late Night with Conan O’Brien on the 24th of September and her song The Show has been featured on the soundtrack to the motion picture Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, which is available now as a free download on iTunes.
